Artis Triceps is engineered to make upper-arm training feel smoother, more natural, and more effective. Patented Direct Drive technology delivers a remarkably fluid movement pattern, while the articulated arms of this triceps machine allow each user to perform the extension following a natural path of motion. The result is a more comfortable exercise experience that supports consistent technique and effective triceps activation. Integrated seamlessly into the equipment, the Unity Mini console provides real-time feedback and guided workouts to help users refine technique, monitor progress, and get more from every training session.
- The articulated joint of the levers ensures ample freedom of movement, allowing your arms to follow their natural path.
- The unique handle design automatically adapts to varying forearm lengths, making the machine less sensitive to a specific elbow-to-axis alignment.
- Independent levers allow you to perform the exercise with both arms simultaneously or alternating them for a more balanced strength improvement.
- The seat and backrest with high-density foam padding adapt to your body's shape, ensuring maximum comfort and stability.
- The Unity Mini console provides real-time biofeedback on your range of motion and speed, automatically tracking your progress.
- Target Muscles: Triceps.
