Its height-adjustable arms and free-cable design allow for a wide variety of exercises, including lateral raises and flying curls, with a natural and unconstrained path of motion. For a fully connected workout, this innovative raises and flys machine can be equipped with the optional Unity Mini console, which tracks every repetition and provides real-time biofeedback for a data-driven path to results.
