The Greenwich sets a new benchmark for elevated living in Manhattan

Uniquely situated for a luxury residential tower, Milan-based developer Bizzi & Partners worked with Viñoly to place their extensive array of amenities across three floors at the top of the building providing all residents a club-like experience with penthouse views. From 912-feet off the ground, the views are as limitless as the opportunities. “The 88” provides residents with the highest private amenities suite in New York City – featuring an exclusive selection of wellness, entertainment, and fitness amenities – a private screening room, dining room and catering kitchen. The pristine 50-foot indoor saltwater lap pool and gym are the highest in NYC.
The fitness center, wrapping around the tower’s southern façade, is exclusively fitted with Technogym equipment. The world-leading manufacturer of sports and leisure equipment is based in Cesena, Italy and was selected by Bizzi & Partners as Technogym products represent a landmark for wellness, performance and design. From cutting-edge technology to quality craftsmanship, each piece is conceived to deliver superior performance and an unparalleled workout experience - to meet the needs of professional athletes and fitness enthusiasts. The iconic gym features performance-oriented Skill Line, pin-loaded Selection Line for targeted strength training and Excite Line for guided cardio, with full access to entertainment and workout options.
