By integrating Technogym's Sand Stone Collection into its new wellness environment, Villa Pauli has created a gym where design and, functionality, and architecture work together to enhance the overall member experience.
Villa Pauli in Djursholm is one of Stockholm's most prestigious private members' clubs and destinations.
In 2025, Villa Pauli expanded with a 1,600-square-metre addition, transforming the property into a comprehensive lifestyle and wellness destination. The expansion integrates hospitality, conference spaces, dining, spa, wellness, and fitness facilities under one roof. With a total member area of around 4,000 square metres, the focus is on delivering a premium, personalised experience, with fitness serving as a key pillar of the overall wellness offering.
When planning the new fitness facility, Villa Pauli's goal was to reflect the same architectural language and premium atmosphere as the rest of the destination. To bring this vision to life, Villa Pauli partnered with Technogym and invested in the Sand Stone Collection which was specifically developed for premium fitness clubs, hotels, and wellness destinations where design and performance exist in perfect harmony.
At Villa Pauli, fitness is fully integrated into the overall guest experience rather than operating as a separate facility. Designed to match the quality, tranquility, and exclusivity of the rest of the hotel, restaurants, and spa, the fitness centre create a seamless journey across the entire destination. Its architecture and interiors were carefully crafted to align with the property's premium aesthetic while delivering a world-class training environment.
