- Independent arms allow the exercise to be performed with either both arms together or with alternating arms for more balanced strength improvement.
- Upgrade to a fully guided experience with the optional Unity Mini console, which automatically tracks your progress and provides real-time biofeedback on your range of motion and speed with Strength Pilot.
- The anatomical Bioseat supports your spinal column, helping you assume the correct posture throughout the workout, while its wide shape comfortably accommodates every type of user.
- Dedicated bottle and phone holders allow you to keep your personal items within reach, so you can focus on your training.
- The Towel Locking Device offers a simple and clever solution for holding your towel in place, keeping the upholstery clean and dry for the next user.
