Where can I review my workout history?

Workouts can be reviewed within the Activity environment by tapping the icon to the right of the Settings icon. This section displays both indoor and outdoor workouts recorded with Garmin and Strava systems, after connecting them through the Connections tab in Settings. On your smartphone you can find your workout history in the “Activity area” on Technogym App.

Is it possible to play Spotify content simultaneously with Technogym Live workouts?

You can play content from the Spotify app (installed separately) along with Technogym Live content (excluding Technogym Live Sessions which include audio guidance from a trainer).

Can I charge my tablet from the MyRun dashboard?

Yes. The USB port, located in the back of the MyRun dashboard, is useful for charging your tablet either Apple or Android via the device's original cable, so you can train without worrying about the remaining charge.

Is Technogym MyRun a folding treadmill?

No. We designed MyRun to provide a professional workout experience in a compact, space-saving treadmill, while preserving its seamless design that enhances your home space.

What size should a compact treadmill be?

An important factor in achieving maximum comfort and safety when running indoors is the size of the running surface: however, the larger the running surface, the larger the size of the treadmill. MyRun's footprint-to-running-surface ratio is the most favorable in its class: just 1.4 square meters of footprint provides 56.3 x 19.7 in of surface area - a compact treadmill that you can safely and comfortably walk and run with.

How can I evaluate if the compact treadmill fits my home spaces?

You can do this by using our Room Planner or by viewing the 3D model directly in your space. By following the Room Planner link in the Support section at the bottom of the page you can create a model of your room and place the space-saving treadmill model inside it. Alternatively, you can access the AR section via the 3D model on this page and project the compact treadmill directly into your room using your smartphone camera.

How do you train on a compact treadmill?

When it comes to MyRun, there is no difference between working out on a compact treadmill and a piece of equipment designed for a gym, simply because its running surface allows you to walk and run up to 20 km/h in complete safety and comfort. Depending on your objective, you can then range from calorie-burning uphill workouts up to fast sprints to reach your maximum speed.
