Technogym, a global leader in the fitness and wellness industry, announces the launch of Technogym School—an innovative advanced educational program dedicated to cultivating the next generation of wellness and health professionals—following 40 years of commitment to education through the Wellness Institute. The school was established to address the growing demand for managerial expertise in sectors experiencing rapid global growth.
The Technogym School will offer two master’s programs—enrollment opens May 28—designed to provide specialized skills in sectors such as corporate, hospitality, real estate, healthcare, sports, and wellness clubs:

- Master’s in Wellness: a program designed to train Wellness Managers™—professionals dedicated to the comprehensive management of wellness-related business models, covering operations, marketing, finance, and human resources.
- Master’s in Healthness to become a Healthness Doctor™—professionals with a medical-scientific background and expertise in healthy longevity, recovery, rehabilitation, and the prevention and treatment of diseases, using a holistic approach that integrates physical exercise, nutrition, and psychological well-being.
With a multidisciplinary approach that combines solid scientific knowledge, technological innovation, and managerial skills, these master’s programs are designed for graduates in fields such as Sports Science, Medicine, Psychology, Biology, Physical Therapy, Architecture, Biomedical Engineering, Economics, Marketing, and Communication. The programs will explore cutting-edge topics such as healthy longevity, epigenetics, digital technologies for physical exercise, the use of artificial intelligence, and biomarker analysis. Technogym School will also offer its students the opportunity to join a global network of professionals and entrepreneurs, facilitating concrete pathways into the workforce.
Classes will take place in the heart of Wellness Valley, at the Technogym Village campus, and will be taught by a faculty of the highest caliber, including leading figures and international experts from the medical, academic, and managerial sectors. For both master’s programs, the curriculum offers two attendance options: the 1-year Executive Master’s, designed for professionals who wish to balance training and work, with part-time weekend classes; and the 3-month Intensive Master’s, a structured program for focused learning, with daily attendance.
