Rise Together: Bremer's comeback, fueled by Technogym innovation
The recovery journey of Gleison Bremer, fueled by a promise and powered by Technogym Biostrength REV
For an elite athlete, an injury isn’t just something physical—it's emotional too. The pitch, instead of a workplace, becomes the ultimate goal in a long and disciplined journey back. But in that challenge lies a new kind of strength; one powered by science, precision, and relentless commitment.
When Juventus defender Gleison Bremer suffered a serious injury, the rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), his horizon shifted dramatically. But, thanks to Technogym, Bremer’s recovery isn’t left to chance. ‘Rise Together’ is a Technogym series, in collaboration with Juventus Creator Lab, that highlights Bremer’s journey on overcoming the injury-pause challenges, emphasizing the athlete’s commitment and the support that only Technogym could offer with solutions that play a pivotal role in returning to peak performance levels.

At the heart of Bremer’s rehabilitation is Technogym Biostrength Leg Press REV, an equipment specifically designed for rehabilitation after lower limb injuries, with an extensive set of tests that help to get a clear picture of where to start, to check progress over time, then adapt and fine-tune the training protocol.
Technogym's innovative resistance modes offer tailored training solutions to support Bremer's recovery and performance goals. The Elastic and Viscous modes are particularly beneficial during rehabilitation for this type of injury, while the additional modes (Isotonic, No Inertia, Eccentric Reduction, and Eccentric Overload) provide versatile options to enhance strength and functional movement. The Biofeedback will return significant data, including symmetry, exact workload, correct tempo and ROM, to maximize effectiveness.
Technogym Biostrength Leg Press REV is more than a machine. it's a coach and a safety net.
