The Reset Rooms Brings Considered Design To Boutique Wellness Space With Technogym Reform
Establishing itself as a new space for boutique wellness, The Reset Rooms in London is combining Reformer Pilates, yoga, sauna and cold therapy in one design-led destination.
Founded by Becky Chalmers, the premium wellness studio combines Reformer Pilates, yoga, sauna and cold therapy in a thoughtfully designed environment. Becky explains why creating the right experience mattered, and how partnering with Technogym helped bring the Reformer studio to life.
After managing studios around the world, Becky set about creating the kind of space she had always wanted to visit. Occupying an iconic high street property just five minutes from her home, The Reset Rooms is designed around a philosophy of enjoyment, movement, and reconnection.
Inspired by exceptional wellness spaces around the world, Becky carefully considered everything from interior design and materials to atmosphere and customer journey.

Wellness as a Reset
Reformer Pilates is a core part of The Reset Rooms offer, making the choice of reformer bed equipment one of the most important investments of the project.
Having experienced a wide variety of reformer beds herself, Becky understood how equipment can influence instructor delivery and client experience. Recommendations from The Reset Rooms Director of Pilates Gemma Formaston, combined with her own research, led her to Technogym Reform.
“I’d experienced a lot of reformer beds that felt unstable or weren’t built for every body type,” said Becky. “The larger platform and stability of Technogym Reform stood out immediately - as soon as I tried them it was the obvious choice.”
Creating an inclusive experience was fundamental to the brand, and selecting equipment designed with the same philosophy reinforced that vision. The Reset Rooms installed 10 Technogym Reform beds in Sand Stone, a warm and natural tone that complements the studio's light-filled interiors.

Beyond supplying the beds, Technogym were an active project partner, supporting layout planning, studio design, marketing, and instructor education ahead of the launch. The collaboration helped create a studio where equipment, design and customer experience work together to create an elevated and welcoming environment.
