BE•ON Health System brings measurable prevention to Turin with Technogym
At the new Turin club, every programme begins with an assessment using Technogym Checkup and continues in the gym with a maximum of ten people per time slot, always supervised by a Health Advisor. All finished in a single design: Technogym’s Sand Stone.
BE•ON Health System was founded in Turin based on an idea by Gianni Ardissone, who works in both personal training and preventive medicine. The starting point is a precise analysis of the sector: “To date, I have identified two major needs within the world of wellness,” says Ardissone. On the one hand, there is overcrowding in gyms; on the other, the need to personalise services: BE•ON was born from the combination of these two needs. It sits midway between crowded gyms, where personalised attention and consistency are hard to come by, and highly personalised programmes that are too rigid for everyday life. It is a club that is easy to use, personalised in its approach and data-driven.

At BE•ON, the programme starts with the individual,” explains Ardissone. From the moment you’re welcomed, you enter the club’s ecosystem and begin with an initial assessment using Technogym Checkup. Six parameters (body composition, strength, cardio, mobility, balance and mental well-being) determine your Wellness Age – the figure from which your precision training programme is derived, which is then monitored and updated over time. Each new test highlights your progress.

In the gym, the AI-based strength training products from the Biostrength range guide and measure strength training on the Leg Press, Leg Extension, Leg Curl, Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Vertical Traction and Low Row machines. The elegant Artis range covers cardio training with the Run, Bike and Vario, whilst five Technogym Reform stations on the upper floor are dedicated to Pilates. The offering is rounded off by Personal benches, dumbbells and kettlebells, as well as a bodyweight training area.

Even the space speaks with one voice. BE•ON is the first club to bring together Artis, Checkup, Biostrength, Personal equipment and Technogym Reform in a single finish – Sand Stone – which accompanies visitors throughout their entire experience. “For BE•ON, we’ve chosen elements that evoke a connection with nature, all with a focus on environmental sustainability,” explains Ardissone. Natural materials, sustainable choices and a layout designed by Technogym Interior Design complete the club’s identity.
Behind the scenes, Mywellness CRM is integrated with the management software and the app, alongside the premium Live content: registration, assessment, journey and programme are thus all part of a single workflow.
